DAFNI KLIX - the icon - Iconic Edit - Set of 2

Deceptive color name. "Lunar black" is not black at all - it is pewter. I never would have purchased this is it was named correctly and unfortunately it is not returnable. The product looks a lot darker in the product photos than it really is. Unnecessarily deceptive. They seem to offer real black only in a single pack and not in any of the 2 packs which feels like an odd choice given that it is such a basic color and the most common hair color worldwide. Also, I'm wary to buy it in the case that it also isn't really black. I'll probably end up spray painting the pewter one black or covering with black nail polish but if they were clear about the color I wouldn't have to. Unfortunate because the product actually works very well.

Magnet all loose on the first week. Vet poor product quality

Order got lost in the mail between DHL and USPS so it never made it to me. Fought with customer service about and jumped through a bunch of hoops doing tasks to try to get my order. Finally said they would replace, but haven’t received it or been given a new tracking number yet. Very disappointed

I ordered a set of two for my sister and I to try... I'm going to be your biggest fan! They are pricey but I'm hoping that's because they are just getting started. Looking forward to ordering another set!

I really like the quality of the clips, but unfortunately, they were not able to hold my hair and kept slipping out of my hair. I called Customer Service about an exchange and was told that they couldn’t because of hygiene issues, which I totally understand. But I wanted to try the smaller size to see if it would work with my hair because I really like the idea behind the clips. I asked if I could get a discount towards purchasing the smaller size and they actually gave me 15% off, but I’m still disappointed that they didn’t fit my hair. I even followed the instructions from the how two videos and I still couldn’t make it work. I have yet to purchase the smaller size. I’m just not sure if it’s worth my money in time if it’s not gonna work.

Didn’t even wear this clip for a full day yet and one of the magnets already fell out. The advertisements give these clips some major hype, so I am really disappointed in the quality, especially considering the price point.

Cool idea

I really liked these initially they were easy to use but the magnets fell apart after 2 uses & now they’re unusable.

I love the clip. Unfortunately I have fine hair and it would not stay in place. A smaller version would be great.

Senior woman here and I live these clips. Keeping the hair out of my face was always a problem. These clips solve it and look great. I will purchase the younger bow styles for my granddaughter.

I love the size but it doesn’t hold and grab my hair the best. I have shoulder lenght straight/wavy hair.

I didn’t love this product. I thought it would be easier to use and my hair isn’t super long or thick and so getting this to work was more difficult than it was worth. Good concept and it seems to be a quality item just not for me
