Refund policy

Hey there! We want to make sure you're happy with your DAFNI tools purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy, applicable for electrical tools such as electrical brushes and stylers only. That means you have a whole month after receiving your item to decide if it's the right fit for you. If for any reason you need to return your item and get a refund, just follow these simple steps:

- Make sure your item is in the same condition as when you received it, and keep it in its original packaging.
- You don't need to worry about the shipping cost – we've got that covered!

To start a return, reach out to us at service@dafnihair.com. We'll send you a return shipping label and guide you on how to send the package back to us. Please note that we can only accept returns that have been requested beforehand.

If your return is accepted (which we hope it is!), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company might take some additional time to process the refund.

And remember, we can only accept returns for hair tools. Accessories like the Heat Protector or Hair Serum unfortunately can't be returned.
