Order got lost in the mail between DHL and USPS so it never made it to me. Fought with customer service about and jumped through a bunch of hoops doing tasks to try to get my order. Finally said they would replace, but haven’t received it or been given a new tracking number yet. Very disappointed

So far so good, I have medium straight Asian hair and these clips work for half hair clipped back. Doesn’t slip. If it holds up may get more as gifts.

Love the concept, would have liked lighter colors and LARGER. They are too small to grab much hair. You need to make them at lease medium size! These are too small and not practical. DISAPPOINTED

The concept is good but the product is difficult to use. The clip holds one thin clump of hair on each side but backwards. The installation is very awkward to say the least.
